At SmokeDr Tobacco & Vape Shop, we strictly comply with all Illinois, local, county, state, and federal regulations governing the sale and shipment of tobacco, hemp, THC, CBD, Delta, vapes, disposables, and related accessories. Please review our shipping policy carefully:

• Minimum Purchase Requirement: All orders must meet a minimum purchase amount of $9.99 before taxes and delivery fees are applied to the purchase to qualify for Delivery. Orders below this threshold will incur a standard delivery fee of $6.99 and a packaging fee of $2.99 , which are the responsibility of the customer.

• Identity Verification: All purchases require the signature of the purchaser upon delivery. Strict identity verification is mandatory, meaning the information on the customer's Illinois driver's license or state I.D. card must match exactly with the order details, including the facial image. The purchaser must be 21 years of age or older. OUR DELIVERY TEAM WILL NOT COMPLETE A PURCHASED ORDER TRANSACTION IF THE FACIAL RECOGNITION DOESN'T MATCH THE PURCHASER THAT IS ON THE GOVERNMENT ISSUED VALID IDENTIFICATION CARD UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES.

SmokeDr offers expedited delivery services in compliance with Illinois, local, county, state, and federal laws. Please note the following delivery policy:

Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery: We provide same-day or next-day delivery only. Delivery charges range from $5.99 to $9.99, with standard delivery times ranging from up to 40 minutes for the following areas; Hillside, Bellwood and Maywwod IL. For purchases over $50 before taxes, delivery is free.

NOTE: Deliveries are not left at the door. If the purchaser is not available at the delivery address on file, the products ordered will be canceled. The account holder will need to place the order again, and the delivery fee will be reapplied to the order.

To qualify, you must be an account holder with a debit or credit card saved on file. You are also required to agree to our auto-pay policy and have a delivery address, email, phone number, full name, and a valid government-issued Driver License or State I.D. on file. Additionally, customers must be 21 years old or over to participate.
